How To Stay Consistent With A Healthy Lifestyle

In This video, I shared my experiences while supporting my wife’s family in Connecticut. Amidst the emotional time, I made it a point to stay consistent in my routine. Exercising at the local gym, enjoying nature walks, and trying to maintain a raw diet were some of my goals.

However, I admit, it’s not always easy, especially when ripe fruit options are limited. A mix of smoothies, salads, and a bit of pasta kept me going.

Being away from home, you learn to adapt. It may not be perfect, but it’s essential to do something every day. My advice?

Keep it low fat and, of course, vegan. Now, let me clarify something. If you occasionally consume animal products, it won’t harm you instantly.

For me, at 74, it’s about striving for optimal health. That’s why I’ve been a proud vegan for 15 years, and there’s no turning back.

You see, it’s about avoiding unnecessary saturated fats and aiming for a higher level of health. It’s our way of combating the toxins in our environment. Exercise, breathe, soak up fresh air—these are your allies in staying functional and healthy, no matter what comes our way.
